Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment

At JM Perfume Store we sell 100% original fragrances. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. Please read the policy below so you know what to expect.

Accepted Returns

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • Defective or damaged product — the bottle arrived broken, the spray pump does not work, or the product is clearly not as described.
  • Wrong item delivered — you received a different product from the one you ordered.
  • Counterfeit concern — if you have genuine reason to believe the product is not authentic, contact us immediately with photos and we will investigate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene reasons) unless defective.
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or missing the seal.
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective products or wrong items delivered. If you would like a different fragrance, please return the item in its original condition and place a new order.

Return Window

All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at 0706 824 642 with your order details and photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  3. If approved, we will arrange collection or provide a drop-off address.
  4. Refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method or Mobile Money (MTN / Airtel) within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by JM Perfume Store when the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
